Albany Ave.

Happy Sunday!

On Wednesday I staged the cutest townhouse! This house was definitely a century home or close to it. It was a white brick home with a bright red door…HOW ADORABLE? With that said, the interior was just as beautiful but, the upstairs was my favourite. It had the original closet doors and a sliding barn door to the office.

When I first met with the realtor and the homeowner we went over all the major to-do’s, which in my opinion, a new paint job and some new light fixtures was the trick to freshen up this space. We also had to edit some rooms, move around some furniture and eliminate some personal decor… the usual!

Once the staging was complete, I had a very happy agent and homeowner.. BONUS! The property sold within a week FIRM and above asking price! I had so much fun staging this property and I hope the new homeowners love all the character that this home as to offer.

Below are some before & after photos!

I have posted all the Before & After Photos of this property on my Facebook Page. Click here to take a better look.

Joseph St.

Happy Tuesday!

Tonight, I wanted to share another stage with you. I know all my Instagram followers get to see my stages first, but I can actually share my thoughts and how the stage went through my eyes on here a little better.

Joseph St. was a rather fun stage because the clients were able to get most of my “to-do’s” done in time. YAY! With that said, I walked into freshly painted walls, a bright WHITE fireplace and some new light fixtures. The suggestions I make are rather minor (depending on the stage) but make a HUGE difference! Like paint colours and light fixtures.

As you can see below, the living room now looks fresh and a lot more welcoming.

I LOVE the wall art I added to the kitchen! Plus the new curtains and light fixture.

The master bedroom also received a fresh coat of paint!

And so did the second bedroom!

Do you guys like how the fireplace turned out?

Hello There!

This LOG home is truly beautiful. I had a blast staging it, especially the master bedroom. This house is not only beautiful.. it’s HUGE! My favourite part is that each room has some type of exposed accent wall. As you can see below, that the master bedroom walls are all exposed beams with a white wash finish. The dining room has a rock wall and the living room has exposed beams on the high ceiling, a full rock wall fire place and an exposed log wall! Not to mention, this property has a pool, hot tub and a view of a giant pond that looks like a lake. I mean come on! Mike and I instantly feel in love, and hope to have a fixer upper just as unique as this one, one day.
P.S This property sold firm in 2 days!

DREAM Master Bedroom. – Before & After

I tried to stick with the log cabinet vibe. I can just picture an “outdoor man” loving this office.

How great is this living room?! Could you imagine having Christmas morning here! – Before & After

Did you guys enjoy this stage? You can see how I used a lot of the clients furinture, but utilized them in different rooms.
